Using the site
Wine & Vintage provides editorial content for information and culture. You may read, link to and share our pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, systematically extract, republish or commercially reuse our content without written permission, and you may not use it to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
Intellectual property
Our masthead, original editorial, original photography, graphics and design are protected. Third-party material (winery trademarks, labels, producer imagery, maps, auction imagery, archive material) remains the property of its owners; nothing here implies affiliation with a producer or appellation body unless stated.
Accuracy
We work to verify facts, prices and auction information, and we correct errors. Wine prices vary by market, merchant, allocation, vintage, format, provenance and timing; a price we report is identified by type (for example producer release price, merchant asking price, auction estimate or auction result) and is not a universal market price. Auction results are historical facts, not predictions of future value.
No investment or medical advice
Nothing on this site is investment advice. Wine is not presented as a financial asset and we make no promise of returns. Nothing here is medical advice.
Alcohol
Wine is an alcoholic beverage for adults. Our content is not directed at minors, does not encourage excessive consumption, and should be read in that spirit. Please enjoy wine responsibly and observe the laws of your jurisdiction.
Submissions
Material you send us (producer information, technical sheets, photography) remains yours; by sending it you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us permission to consider it for editorial use. Sending material does not guarantee coverage.
Third-party links
Links to manufacturers, producers, auction houses and other sites are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
To be confirmed by the publisher. VAUDERIVE is positioned as a Swiss luxury group; the applicable governing law and jurisdiction will be stated here once confirmed by legal review.
