Bermar's Le Verre de Vin+ Tower is built around a simple premise: opened wine should be pourable weeks later, not just the next day. The system was developed with input from winemakers and Champagne Maisons, and the Tower is the counter-standing model of the range, a single column that handles both still and sparkling bottles.

The dual function is the defining feature. Bermar describes its systems as the only dual preservation devices on the market, and the Tower lives up to that: still wines are resealed under a precisely controlled vacuum with no gas consumed, while Champagne and sparkling wine receive a measured dose of CO2 calculated by the ePreserve chip in under five seconds.

In practice this means the collection's by-the-glass bottles, a half-finished Burgundy, a Champagne opened for a tasting flight, stay drinkable for up to 21 days from opening. The Tower is sold through Bermar and its distributors on a quotation basis; no list price is published on the maker's site.
